PVOIL VOC 2025: Closing a Season of Records
02.11.2025
The Vietnam Off-road Car Racing Championship PVOIL Cup 2025 (PVOIL VOC 2025) officially concluded after three days of intense competition. The most outstanding racers were honored at an emotional closing ceremony.

PVOIL VOC 2025 has been recognized as the most emotional season in the history of the event.
After three days of vibrant and thrilling competition on what is considered the most challenging terrain in the history of the race, hundreds of drivers overcame each obstacle, delivering spectacular performances for spectators. The event truly deserves to be remembered as the most emotional season of the Vietnam Off-road Car Racing Championship PVOIL Cup.
New Records Set
PVOIL VOC 2025 became the most emotional season ever, with a series of new records established throughout its 18-year history.
This year’s event recorded the largest scale ever, featuring 24 race tracks—nearly double that of the 2024 season—spread across approximately 250 hectares of mountainous terrain at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism. The expansion in both scale and level of difficulty created unprecedented challenges.
In addition, the season was marked by continuous heavy rainfall throughout all three days of competition, further intensifying the challenges and contributing to a highly dynamic and dramatic racing atmosphere.

Persistent rain throughout the competition posed significant challenges for racers
The most outstanding racers emerged not only through convincing performances but also through consistent form and endurance over multiple seasons.
In the Basic Category, the duo Nguyen Dinh Hieu – Cao Anh Tu secured their third consecutive championship title, demonstrating remarkable consistency and resilience.
In the Advanced SUV Category, Phan Ngoc My – Bui Minh Duy set a historic record with four championship titles, becoming the most successful duo in the history of the event.
Notably, they were the only team to achieve a perfect victory across all 12 challenges, attaining the maximum possible score—an achievement considered nearly unbeatable in the coming years.

Three Days of True Off-road Emotions
This season, the increased number of challenges was the first major test for competitors, bringing both excitement and concern. Continuous rainfall throughout the three days doubled the difficulty.
Despite these harsh conditions, 70 teams and 140 drivers from across the country successfully completed all 24 tracks (including 23 daytime tracks and one Adventure night race), demonstrating determination and resilience, while satisfying tens of thousands of spectators who braved the rain to cheer them on.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr Nguyen Dai Hoang – Head of the Organizing Committee, shared:“Rain and mud did not diminish the spirit of PVOIL VOC; instead, they brought the event back to its true nature—harsh, emotional, and full of challenges. Every racer and every spectator contributed to making this a memorable season.”
Outstanding Racers Announced
The Organizing Committee awarded nearly VND 600 million in total prizes to outstanding teams, with the following results:
