2. Has PVOIL implemented electronic invoices yet? Will this solution help reduce smuggled gasoline?

- Electronic invoices are required to be applied nationwide from November 1, 2020.

- PVOIL has implemented printing electronic invoices since July 1, 2019 and officially applied them to the entire system from October 1, 2019.

- The application of electronic invoices will reduce smuggled gasoline if applied synchronously nationwide and especially must be integrated with sales data at each gas pump.

3. Please let the Company know how the implementation of procedures with competent state management agencies to determine the maximum ownership ratio of foreign investors held at PVOIL is progressing?

The proposal on the foreign investor shareholding ratio was submitted by PVOIL to the competent authority at the same time as the plan to divest State capital at PVOIL to a controlling level. This plan was submitted to PVN in November 2018. Accordingly, PVOIL continued to propose a maximum Room for foreign investors of 49% - equivalent to the level approved by the Government in the PVOIL Equitization Plan.
