From March 3 to 5, 2026, the Trade Union of Vietnam Oil Corporation – JSC (PVOIL) organized a program celebrating International Women’s Day for female representatives of officers, employees, and workers across the system. The program took place in Moc Chau (Son La Province) and Mai Chau (Phu Tho Province), attracting the participation of more than 200 delegates, representing female employees from 30 affiliated trade unions under PVOIL.

This meaningful activity aimed to encourage and motivate trade union officials and female employees across the Corporation, while creating opportunities for networking, experience sharing in both work and life. It also contributed to strengthening the bond between employees and the Trade Union, as well as with their respective units, fostering collective efforts to successfully fulfill assigned tasks.

Within the program, female employees participated in various sightseeing and experiential activities at well-known destinations in the Northwest region.

The journey began with a stop at Da Trang Pass, one of the most scenic routes in the Northwest, famous for its majestic mountainous landscape and stretches of white rock across vast natural surroundings. Here, participants admired the pristine beauty of the mountains, captured memorable moments, and enjoyed the fresh highland atmosphere.

The journey continued to Moc Chau Strawberry Garden, where participants experienced strawberry picking and enjoyed fresh fruits directly at the farm. The refreshing highland environment and joyful conversations throughout the trip created a vibrant and cohesive atmosphere among participants.

Another impressive destination was the Heart-shaped Tea Hill, a symbolic landmark of Moc Chau Plateau. The lush green tea hills forming heart shapes not only create a poetic landscape but also represent the pride of local people.
