In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year 2026, on February 11 and 12, 2026 (the 24th and 25th days of the twelfth lunar month), the delegation of the PVOIL Trade Union visited, encouraged, and presented Tet gifts to employees of PVOIL Phu Yen and PVOIL Binh Thuan. This visit reflects the Corporation’s care for employees working directly at retail sites in remote areas and those heavily affected by natural disasters over the past year.
PVOIL Phu Yen: Revitalization from the Flood-Affected Region
During the visit to PVOIL Phu Yen on February 11, 2026, the delegation listened to reports on business performance and employee welfare for more than 300 employees at the unit. Despite the severe impact of the historic flood in November 2025, PVOIL Phu Yen received timely support from Petrovietnam, PVOIL, and other affiliated units, enabling a rapid recovery of operations and proactive efforts to support employees in overcoming disaster consequences.
Visiting petroleum retail outlets and affected households—including An Ninh Tay, Xuan Long, and employees’ families such as Le Thanh Tam (Xuan Quang 3 station) and Tran Thi Bich Ngoc (Hoa An station)—Mr Mai Xuan Hai – Chairman of the PVOIL Trade Union, expressed his satisfaction in seeing the remarkable recovery. Only a few months earlier, floodwaters had submerged many facilities and homes, yet now everything has been restored and prepared for a warm Tet celebration.
Emphasizing that PVOIL’s corporate culture is built on solidarity and sharing, Mr Mai Xuan Hai noted: “These gifts represent the collective sentiment of all employees across the Corporation. We hope this support will motivate each individual to fulfill their responsibilities, contributing to the sustainable growth of both the unit and the Corporation, and further improving employee welfare.”
In response, PVOIL Phu Yen’s leadership and employees expressed that this support serves as a valuable source of motivation to continue overcoming challenges and achieving outstanding results.
