PVOIL Honors the "Outstanding Teams and Individuals of 2024"

To honor and recognize the contributions of teams and individuals to PVOIL's activities in 2024, on December 19, 2024, PVOIL held a ceremony to present awards from Party organizations, government, and the Trade Union. The event also included the announcement and presentation of the "PVOIL AWARD" to outstanding teams and individuals.

This is the 9th consecutive year that PVOIL has organized the evaluation and presentation of awards to the outstanding teams and individuals of the year. This year, the PVOIL Rewards and Emulation Council received 115 nominations, including 64 teams and 51 individuals, across various award categories.

The Corporation's evaluation council conducted a secret vote to select the "Outstanding Teams and Individuals of 2024" from five categories: 5 teams and 5 managers from each block (Parent Company and Member Units), 5 employees from the Parent Company, 10 employees from Member Units, 20 exemplary retail stations, and 5 exemplary fuel depots. The evaluation process was carried out openly, transparently, democratically, and fairly, from the grassroots level to the corporate level, establishing the reputation of the "PVOIL AWARD" - a prestigious and high-quality award, eagerly anticipated each year by the teams and individuals within the PVOIL system.

The award structure and results for the "Outstanding Teams and Individuals of 2024" are as follows:

The "Outstanding Team of 2024" award is presented to 2 teams, one representing the Parent Company and the other representing the Member Units. The award includes a trophy and a cash prize of 100,000,000 VND (one hundred million VND) for teams with more than 50 employees, and 70,000,000 VND (seventy million VND) for teams with 50 employees or fewer. As a result, the two outstanding teams recognized are: the Information Technology Department (Parent Company) and PVOIL Mien Trung (Member Units).

The "Outstanding Manager of 2024" award is presented to 2 individuals, one representing the Parent Company and the other representing the Member Units. The award includes a trophy and a cash prize of 20,000,000 VND (twenty million VND). As a result, the two individuals honored are: Ms. Le Quynh Trang - Deputy Director of Oil Products Business Department (Parent Company) and Mr. Le Trung Hung - Director of PVOIL Trans (Member Units).

The "Outstanding Employee of 2024" award is presented to 2 individuals, one representing the Parent Company and the other representing the Member Units. The award includes a trophy and a cash prize of 20,000,000 VND (twenty million VND), and these two individuals will also be considered for a two-step salary increase according to regulations. The two individuals honored are: Mr. Tran Quan Viet - Coordinator Specialist 2, Crude Oil Department (Parent Company); and Ms. Bui Thi Hau - Retail Employee and Accountant/Health and Safety Officer at Retail Station 1, PVOIL Vung Tau (Member Units).

The "Exemplary Fuel Station of 2024" award is presented to 10 exemplary fuel stations representing stations across the entire Corporation. The award includes a trophy and a cash prize of 30,000,000 VND per station (thirty million VND), with 20,000,000 VND (twenty million VND) awarded to the station and 10,000,000 VND (ten million VND) awarded to the station manager. The 10 stations recognized are: Lien Ninh - PVOIL Hanoi, Tan Duong - PVOIL Hai Phong, Thuy Van - PVOIL Phu Tho, Ba Trieu - PVOIL Thanh Hoa, Nguyen Huu Tho - PVOIL Mien Trung, Hoa Xuan Dong - PVOIL Phu Yen, Station 8 - PVOIL Binh Thuan, Station 12 - PVOIL Vung Tau, Station 56 - PVOIL Sai Gon, Station 66 - Petromekong.

The "Most Exemplary Fuel Depot of 2024" award is presented to 1 exemplary fuel depot representing fuel depots within the Member Units across the entire Corporation. The award includes a trophy and a cash prize of 50,000,000 VND (fifty million VND) for the team. This title belongs to Cai Lan Fuel Depot – PVOIL Cai Lan.

The title of "Unit with the Highest Revenue and Profit of 2024 across the entire system" goes to PVOIL Singapore, with a prize of 2,000 USD.

In addition, to encourage teams and individuals who have made significant efforts and were included in the final shortlist for voting but did not win the "Outstanding Team - Individual of the Year" title, the PVOIL Rewards and Emulation Council has agreed on the following prize levels: Teams from the Parent Company/Member Units in the Top 5 will receive 10,000,000 VND per team; Retail Stations in the Top 20 will receive 10,000,000 VND per station; Fuel Depots in the Top 5 will receive 20,000,000 VND per depot; Managers/Employees from the Parent Company in the Top 5 will receive 5,000,000 VND per person; Managers from Member Units in the Top 5/Employees from Member Units in the Top 10 will receive 5,000,000 VND per person.
