PVOIL Hanoi Appoints New Director

On November 26, 2024, Hanoi Petroleum Oil Corporation (PVOIL Hanoi) hosted a ceremony to officially announce the appointment of its new Director.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Dang Trinh, a Member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL), along with representatives from divisions, the Board of Supervisors, and senior personnel of PVOIL Hanoi.

According to the decision, Mr. Tran Manh Ha, formerly PVOIL's authorized representative at PVOIL Hanoi, was relieved of his duties as authorized representative, member of the Board of Directors, and Director of the company. In his place, PVOIL appointed Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Phúc, previously the Director of PVOIL Mien Trung, as the new authorized representative at PVOIL Hanoi. Mr. Phúc was introduced as a member of the Board of Directors and formally assumed the role of Director of the company. Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Manh Ha has been reassigned to a new position within the corporation.

Speaking on behalf of PVOIL's leadership at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dang Trinh expressed deep appreciation for Mr. Tran Manh Ha’s contributions during his 14 years at PVOIL Hanoi. Under his leadership, the company consistently achieved its political and business objectives, serving as a crucial extension of the corporation in Hanoi and other assigned regions. PVOIL’s leadership emphasized that both Mr. Tran Manh Ha and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc are exemplary leaders of two flagship units within the corporation’s business and production operations.

The corporation's leadership also emphasized the significance of PVOIL Hanoi’s contributions to both the company’s overall performance and the broader development of the corporation. Entrusting the leadership of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc, the corporation appointed him as its capital representative and Director of PVOIL Hanoi. PVOIL expressed confidence that, under the new Director's guidance, the leadership team and employees of PVOIL Hanoi will uphold a spirit of unity and determination, striving to achieve outstanding results and drive the company toward greater growth and success in the future.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Manh Ha expressed his gratitude to PVOIL’s leadership and acknowledged the collective efforts of the management team and staff at PVOIL Hanoi, which supported him in fulfilling his responsibilities during his tenure as Director. He described his reassignment to a new position as both a great honor and a significant responsibility. Mr. Ha pledged to continue leveraging his strengths, addressing any personal shortcomings, and performing his duties to the best of his abilities in any role entrusted to him by the corporation.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc, the newly appointed Director of PVOIL Hanoi, expressed his gratitude and pride in being entrusted with this important role by the corporation. He acknowledged the responsibilities of his new position and requested support from PVOIL Hanoi’s Party Committee, Board of Directors, management team, staff, partners, and subsidiaries. He also emphasized the importance of working closely with Mr. Tran Manh Ha to complete all assigned tasks and contribute to the growth and success of PVOIL Hanoi.
