Nearly 5,000 PVOIL employees were vaccinated against Covid-19

During two days - June 26 and 27, 2021, 100% of PVOIL employees in Ho Chi Minh City area were vaccinated against Covid-19. There were 958 people received vaccination include: Headquarter, PVOIL Saigon, PVOIL Tay Ninh, TIMEXCO, PETEC, PVOIL Trans, PVOIL Lube, PVOIL Mien Dong, PVOIL Nha Be.

These are people who got injected during the HCMC’s vaccination campaign. It is also the largest concentrated vaccination campaign that PVOIL has implemented. With the result, PVOIL has completed vaccination program for all employees in the Ho Chi Minh City area.

As of June 27, 2021, more than 2,000 PVOIL employees have been vaccinated against Covid-19.

: 4,825 PVOIL employees were vaccinated against Covid-19, accounting for 87.5% of employees in the whole PVOIL system; in which, many member units have completed vaccination for 100% of employees.

Getting vaccinated during the program on the morning of June 27, 2021, several PVOIL employees shared their feelings:

“Every day, I have to transport goods and interact with many people, so I felt worried. Being prioritized for vaccination program, I am happy and grateful to the Board of Directors of the Corporation,” Mr. Nguyen Khanh Nam, PVOIL truck driver, said.

“I got vaccinated today and I felt both happy and worried. I wondered if I got fever... But after the injection, I was very excited and confident to continue the job,” said Mr. Bui Dang Chung, salesman of Petroleum Station No. 57 - PVOIL Saigon.

“I was touched and happy to be vaccinated. The pandemic has become complicated. The vaccination will be a great encouragement and create peace of mind for employees,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Ngoc, employee at TIMEXCO’s Sales Department.

“Having been vaccinated, I am protected against Covid-19 pandemic. Ho Chi Minh City has become extremely complicated. I would like to say thank to the Board of Directors of the Corporation,” said Mr. Mai Thanh Phong, PVOIL’s Information Technology Disision.
