PVOIL honors collectives and individuals with outstanding performance in 2021

In addition to commendation according to the regulations of Government and PetroVietnam Group, PVOIL voted and honored collectives and individuals with the best performance in 2021. This is the 6th consecutive year PVOIL organized this honoring ceremony.
The “Best Collective - Individual in 2021” includes:
1. The “Best Collective in 2021” title was awarded to 2 teams (01 representing the Parent Company and 01 representing the subsidiaries). The award includes an honorary logo and 100,000,000 VND for collective with over 50 employees, 70,000,000 VND for collective with less than 50 employees.
2. The “Typical Petroleum Station in 2021” title was awarded to 5 petroleum stations. The award includes the honorary logo and a bonus of 30,000,000 VND per unit. The collective of each station receive 20,000,000 VND and head of petroleum station received 10,000,000 VND.
3. The “Best Manager in 2021” title was awarded to 2 individuals (01 individual representing the Parent Company and 01 individual representing the subsidiaries). The reward was 20,000,000 VND.
4. The “Best Employee of 2021” title was awarded to 02 individuals (01 individual representing the Parent Company and 01 individual representing the subsidiaries). The award includes the logo honor and 20,000,000 VND. At the same time, these two individuals had their salary raised.
Beside the “Best Collective - Individual in 2021” who were voted, honored and received awards, the remaining collectives/individuals included in the best round received bonuses with the following levels:
- Collective of parent company/ subsidiaries voted to the TOP 5: 10,000,000 VND/team.
- Collective of petroleum station in TOP 10: 5,000,000 VND/team.
- Managers/Employees of the parent company in TOP 5: 3,000,000 VND/person.
- Managers of subsidiaries in TOP 5: 3,000,000 VND/person, Employees of subsidiaries in TOP 10: 3,000,000 VND/person.
After the reviewing steps were conducted according to the principles of publicity, transparency from the grassroots level and voted secretly, PVOIL held a ceremony to honor the “Best collectives and individuals in 2021” on December 17, 2021. Here are the specific results:
1. The title “Best Employee in 2021” of the Parent Company was awarded to Mr. Nguyen Van Dan - Kitchen Manager, Office of the Corporation.
2. The title “Best Employee in 2021” of the subsidiaries was awarded to Mr. Vu Quang Ngoc - fuel tank truck driver, PVOIL Hanoi.
3. The title “Best Manager in 2021” of the Parent Company was awarded to Mr. Nguyen Van Chien - Chief of Office of the Corporation.
4. The title “Best Manager in 2021” in the subsidiaries was awarded to Mr. Le Trung Hung - Director of PVOIL Thanh Hoa.
5. The title “Typical petroluem station in 2021” belongs to: Petroleum Station No. 04 - PetroMekong, Petroleum Station No. 5 LaGi - PVOIL Binh Thuan, Petroleum Station No. 62 - PVOIL Saigon, Dong My Petroleum Station - PVOIL Thai Binh, Ninh Dong Petroleum Station - PVOIL Vung Ang.
6. The title “Best Collective in 2021” of the Parent Company was awarded to Petroluem Products Trading Division. The title of “Best Collective in 2021” of subsidiaries belongs to PVOIL Mien Trung.
In addition, the Corporation's Emulation and Commendation Council commended 02 “Typical Collective to overcome difficulties in 2021”. They are Petromekong and PETEC. PVOIL Phu Tho was honored as a “Collective of outstanding progress in 2021”. Each of the above-mentioned groups received a logo and a bonus of VND 50,000,000.
