PVOIL organizes activities showing gratitude to martyrs and war invalids

Every year, celebrating the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day on July 27th, individual, organizations, localities across the country organize gratitude activities to pay tribute to the martyrs and war invalids who sacrificed to protect the fatherland.

Joining the campaign of showing gratitude, PVOIL organized several activities to help its employees, officials, leaders to express the tributes and responsibility to family members of martyrs and war invalids by visiting, presenting gifts, caring Vietnamese Heroic Mother, and Mother of Martyrs.

On July 24th, 2020, PVOIL President & CEO Cao Hoai Duong, who is Secretary of the corporation’s Party Committee, laid wreaths and offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh City Martyrs Cemetery. This ceremony is among PVOIL's annual activities to pay tribute to Vietnam’s martyrs.

Also, during this operation, on July 22, 2020, the leaders and employees of PVOIL visited and presented gifts to 76 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Mothers of Martyrs in Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City.

During the visits, PVOIL's leaders and employees expressed their regards to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and gratitude for the sacrifices and great contributions of martyrs war invalids. At the same time, the PVOIL’s representatives encouraged the the families to continue promoting the tradition of revolution, overcome the difficulties to build a prosperous and happy family.

On this occasion, the Trade Union of PVOIL donated 66 gifts to the workers and employees of the Corporation, who are war invalids, relatives of martyrs and victims of Agent Orange.
