PetroVietnam Oil Corporation changed the authorized representative of PVOIL to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Phu Yen.
The Board of Management of PVOIL Phu Yen organized an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023 to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Anh Toan, who retired according to the regulation, and elect Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung as a member of the Board of Management and to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of the Company.
On September 21st, 2023, PVOIL Phu Yen held a ceremony to announce the Resolution of the Board of Management on electing Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung as Chairman of the Board of Management of the company.
The announcement ceremony was attended by Mr. Cao Hoai Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung, Member of the Corporation's Board of Management, Mr. Nguyen Anh Toan, former Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Phu Yen. Members of the Board of Directors and key staff of PVOIL Phu Yen were also at the event.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong shared the Corporation's production and business results in 2023 and development orientation and strategy in the coming time. Mr. Cao Hoai Duong highly appreciated PVOIL Phu Yen's achievements, making an important contribution to the overall results of the Corporation, especially the increase in output, market share, and income of workers.
On this occasion, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong acknowledged and thanked Mr. Nguyen Anh Toan for his contributions as the Corporation's leader and for more than 10 years with PVOIL Phu Yen. He made an important contribution to the continuous development of PVOIL Phu Yen.
Mr. Cao Hoai Duong praised Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung as an officer with profound experience in leadership and management in many important positions of the Group and large enterprises in the Oil and Gas industry.
Therefore, the Board of Management of PVOIL selected and assigned Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung, a Member of the Board of Management of the Corporation to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Phu Yen, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong added.
He suggested Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung continue to promote the unit's tradition of solidarity, together with the leaders and employees of PVOIL Phu Yen to maintain the organization and efficiency of production and business activities in the coming time.
Speaking to accept the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung thanked the Board of Management of PVOIL for trusting him to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Phu Yen.
Mr. Nguyen Mau Dung pledged to join the leadership and employees of PVOIL Phu Yen in continuing to implement the plans and orientations assigned by the Corporation. He will also promote the values and good results that PVOIL Phu Yen achieved in recent times.
