On December 3, 2021, the Board of Management of Phu Tho Petroleum JSC (PVOIL Phu Tho) held a ceremony to announce the Decision related to the change of Chairman of the Board of Management of the Company.
The Announcement Ceremony was attended by PVOIL President & CEO Doan Van Nhuom, Vice President Nguyen Tuan Tu and members of Board of Directors and key staff of PVOIL Phu Tho.
Earlier, PVOIL Phu Tho’s Board of Management approved the removal of Mr. Nguyen Tien Quang from the position. Mr. Quang, who was ceased to be the authorized representative of PVOIL at PVOIL Phu Tho, resigned from the Board of Management and the position as Chairman of the Board to take new duty.
Mr. Truong Dai Hoang, Head of Investment and Construction Division at PVOIL, who is currently the representative of PVOIL and member of the Board of Management of PVOIL Phu Tho, was elected to hold the position as Chairman of the Board of Management of the Company. Mr. Hoang takes the position from December 3, 2021.
Speaking at the Decision Announcement Ceremony, PVOIL President and CEO Doan Van Nhuom acknowledged Mr. Quang's contributions during the time performing the duties of Chairman of the Board of Management of the Company.
Mr. Doan Van Nhuom assessed Mr. Truong Dai Hoang as a highly capable and experienced officer, who has held the position of Head of Construction Investment Division for many years. He hoped Mr. Hoang will together with the Board of Management and employees of PVOIL Phu Tho to perform well the important tasks of PVOIL Phu Tho in the current period as well as completing goals in the coming time.
Accepting the post as chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Phu Tho, Mr. Truong Dai Hoang thanked the Board of Management of PVOIL for assigning him the important task. He pledged to try his best, applying his capacity and experience to successfully complete the business targets in 2022 and the coming years.
He committed to fulfill the responsibility of the representative of PVOIL's capital at PVOIL Phu Tho. At the same time, he hoped to receive support from the Board of Management and the employees of PVOIL Phu Tho for successfully completing the assigned tasks.
