On October 28th, 2022, PetroVietnam Oil Corporation’s Party Committee organized a training session for members of the corporation’s Party Committee. The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of PVOIL will continue implementing this program as planned for the period of 2020–2025 and the Acting Program in 2022 in order to advance the knowledge of Party Committee officials and officials who provide advisory services to the Party Committee of the Corporation and its units.
More than 100 officers working on the Executive Committee of the Corporation's Party Committee; Members of the Inspection Committee; advisory members of the Party Committee and Secretary, Deputy Secretary and members of the Party Committee and the Economic Committee of branches/Parties directly under the Party Committee of the Corporation.
Addressing the conference, Comrade Cao Hoai Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Corporation emphasized the importance of Party work in leading and directing the implementation of political tasks and tasks related to production and business, and tasks related to the operation and development of each unit, and party member.
The Party Committee of PetroVietnam Oil Corporation, which has 1,500 members countrywide, consistently prioritizes training and nurturing expertise for officials at all levels. Secretaries of the Party Committee of the Corporation requested members to concentrate on studying and comprehending the Party's documents, rules, and guidelines in order to organize knowledge, effectively apply it in leadership, and direct them in the right direction and provide advice in the Corporation and each unit.
During the training session, Comrade Dinh Manh Thanh, former Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Division, received training on the inspection and supervision functions of the Party; Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Petrovietnam, received training on the organization and membership functions of the party.
Several reports have been updated and new documents were introduced at the event. they includes Regulation No. 22-QD/TW dated July 28, 2021 of the Central Committee on inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party; Regulation No. 24-QD/TW dated July 30, 2021 of the Central Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter; Regulation No. 69-QD/TW dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on disciplining party organizations and party members.
After spending a day understanding the rules of the Party and hearing a lot of the reporter's experience, the party officials of PVOIL now have more knowledge and a theoretical and practical foundation for continuing to advise and advocate for use in working activities at the Corporation and each unit.
