Mr. Pham Dinh Ngoc Minh, Director of PVOIL Nghi Son, has been assigned to the position of Director of PVOIL Quang Ngai, succeeding Mr. Lai The Nghia, who has accepted another position.
PVOIL hosted a ceremony on July 20, 2023, to announce the decision to select Mr. Pham Dinh Ngoc Minh as Director of PVOIL Quang Ngai.
PVOIL President & CEO Doan Van Nhuom expressed his appreciation for Mr. Pham Dinh Ngoc Minh's service as Director of PVOIL Nghi Son during the occasion. He worked well with the Corporation's specialist departments and with PVOIL Thanh Hoa and partners.
Mr. Doan Van Nhuom advised Mr. Pham Dinh Ngoc Minh to continue promoting his capacity and experience in the management and operation of the Nghi Son petroleum storage facility, successfully cooperating with the PVOIL Mien Trung and Binh Son Refinery.
He was also urged to work closely with the Board of Directors and personnel of PVOIL Quang Ngai to continue to foster internal solidarity and collaborate on tasks at Dung Quat petroleum storage, thereby contributing to the accomplishment of the Corporation's production and commercial tasks.
Mr. Pham Dinh Ngoc Minh expressed his gratitude to the Corporation's Board of Management in accepting the nomination. He committed to work hard to complete the responsibilities allocated to him by the Corporation's officials.
He will sustain and expand on the good accomplishments that past PVOIL Quang Ngai executives established, including achievements in employee collective unity and work efficiency.
