After the qualifying round finished, the final round of football and other sports took place in Da Nang City between May 24 and 26, 2023. The competitions of football, tennis, badminton, and table tennis received the participation of 28 sports delegations from 31 units in the Corporation.
Tennis had 80 athletes, competing in Men’s Singles and Men's Doubles. The competition was divided into 2 age groups over 40 and under 40 years old. After 53 matches, owners of gold, silver, and bronze medals were found.
Badminton had 55 players, competing in men’s singles under 40 years old and men’s doubles under 40 years old. They played in a total of 40 matches.
Table tennis had 17 athletes, competing in one event, which is a men’s singles over 40 years old. The competition will be organized as a draw with two separate paths. They competed in 17 total games.
With the participation of the 8 strongest teams that have passed the qualifying round, the football final round was performed professionally. After the group stage matches, on the morning of May 26, all the attention of the Sports and Arts program focused on the two main matches, the match for the bronze medal and the match for the gold medal.
The final round of the Arts Festival was a true festival showing the artistic talents of PVOIL employees throughout the system. Opening the program in the morning and afternoon was the performance of the guest units, the Coalition of PVOIL Mien Trung, PVOIL Quang Ngai, and PVOIL Thanh Hoa.
After the performance of the coalition is the competition of 8 special art programs by PetroMekong, PETEC, Corporation’s office, Coalition PVOIL Trans + PVOIL Saigon, PVOIL Binh Thuan, PVOIL Hanoi, PVOIL Hai Phong, and PVOIL Nam Dinh.
The singing of PVOIL employees from the North - Central - South was gathered in Da Nang City. The musical performances were shown in the warm welcome and cheers of fans, creating a wonderful public art space, a solidarity event, and a great love for PVOIL.
Summarizing the final round of the Sports and Arts Festival, the Organizing Committee recognized achievements and awarded prizes for cultural performances and sports competitions; in there:
At the arts festival, the organizers awarded 4 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 12 bronze medals for the following categories: solo, duet/triple, group/choir, independent dance...
In tennis, the organizers awarded 4 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 4 bronze medals for the competition contents.
In badminton, the organizers awarded 2 gold medals, 2 silver medals, and 2 bronze medals for the competition contents.
In table tennis, the organizers awarded 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal.
In football, the Coalition of PVOIL Mien Trung, PVOIL Quang Ngai won the gold medal and the championship cup, the PVOIL Hanoi team won the silver medal, and the PVOIL Phu Yen team won the bronze medal.
On the basis of the results of the categories and contents of the Sports and Arts Festival, on the evening of May 26, 2023, the Organizing Committee announced the Prize for the entire Sports and Arts Festival, as follows:
