On November 29th and December 1st, 2022, PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL) held a ceremony to announce the appointment of new leaders of member units PVOIL Thanh Hoa and PVOIL Trans.
Accordingly, Mr. Le Trung Hung, Director of PVOIL Thanh Hoa was promoted to Director of PVOIL Trans; Mr. Cao Trong Tuan – Director of PVOIL Trans was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Trans; Mr. Le Ba Hoa – Deputy Director of PVOIL Thanh Hoa was appointed to hold the position of Director of PVOIL Thanh Hoa.
Mr. Cao Hoai Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Corporation, PVOIL President & CEO Doan Van Nhuom, members of the PVOIL Board of Management, along with the participation of the Board of Directors and relevant parties of PVOIL Trans and PVOIL Thanh Hoa, attended the announcement ceremony.
Mr. Le Trung Hung made significant contributions to the growth of PVOIL Thanh Hoa, which were recognized and appreciated during the event by Mr. Cao Hoai Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVOIL. Together with his employees, Hung conquered the challenging times in the petroleum market and accomplished numerous exceptional feats. He will soon take the role of Director of PVOIL Trans, which is a significant job.
PVOIL Trans plays important role in petroleum transportation, serving the Corporation's development target. Hung was asked to develop his ability, use his knowledge, and effectively coordinate with Mr. Cao Trong Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVOIL Trans, who has been with the corporation for a long time. The two new leaders were asked to coordinate with the corporation’s leaders and staff to expand the companies to satisfy the needs and duties of the Corporation.
PVOIL Thanh Hoa is a significant unit with numerous outstanding accomplishments in business and production operations. It consistently takes an active position in the Corporation's movement activities.
In order to sustain the company's heritage and maintain positive outcomes, Mr. Le Ba Hoa must continue to work hard on behalf of all PVOIL Thanh Hoa workers as well as the Corporation as a whole. This will help PVOIL Thanh Hoa and the Corporation as a whole growth.

According to PVOIL President & CEO Doan Van Nhuom, PVOIL Thanh Hoa has seen a lot of good developments in production, business operations, and movement activities. PVOIL Thanh Hoa team as a whole, along with Mr. Le Trung Hung's leadership, contributed to this outcome. In order to help PVOIL Thanh Hoa become more established, Mr. Doan Van Nhuom advised Mr. Le Ba Hoa to do his best to maintain the current platforms as well as to market his skills and local advantages.
Nhuom recommended that Mr. Cao Trong Tuan and Mr. Le Trung Hung closely collaborate and develop numerous plans for PVOIL Trans in order to support the company's continued growth in the transportation of petroleum by road and waterway while meeting the objectives and specifications of the Corporation.

Addressing the ceremony, Mr. Le Trung Hung said it was a pleasure to have the Corporation's Board of Directors' confidence, care, and guidance in operating policies to help PVOIL Thanh Hoa develop solutions and an action plan to get through challenging times.
In the long term, when he takes on a new position at PVOIL Trans, Mr. Le Trung Hung promises to work hard to advance his career, collaborate with the board of directors to develop better strategies and procedures, maintain the operations and business of the foundation, look out for the benefit of the employee, and make an effort to complete the tasks assigned by the corporation.
Along with the new Director of PVOIL Trans, Mr. Cao Trong Tuan is also committed to giving it his all in his new role to continuously work to advance the business and achieve the stated objectives.
Addressing the assignment, Mr. Le Ba Hoa expressed his gratitude to the board of directors of the corporation for having faith in him and giving him this important assignment. Additionally, Mr. Le Ba Hoa extended his thanks to the Board of Directors and the PVOIL Thanh Hoa team for their unfailing support.
In his new role, Mr. Le Ba Hoa determined to work with the PVOIL Thanh Hoa team and maintain the company's principles and identity. He also pledged to using all of his knowledge and expertise to advance the business and finish the tasks that were given to him.
