PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL) has appointed a new authorized representative to the role of Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Tay Ninh.
Mr. Nguyen Dang Trinh, Member of the Board of Management and Deputy General Director of the Corporation, ceased to be the authorized representative of PVOIL at PVOIL Tay Ninh while Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang was designated as PVOIL's authorized representative at the PVOIL member unit and elected Chairman of the Company's Board of Management.
On November 24, 2023, PVOIL Tay Ninh held a ceremony, to announce the Company's Board of Management Resolution appointing Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang to the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Tay Ninh.
Mr. Cao Hoai Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Management of Corporation; Mr. Le Van Nghia, Member of the Board of Management of Corporation; Mr. Hoang Dinh Tung, Deputy General Director of the Corporation; leaders of the Corporation's specialized departments; Board of Directors and key officials of PVOIL Tay Ninh attended the resolution announcement ceremony.
Mr. Cao Hoai Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Corporation acknowledged the contributions of the Board of Management of PVOIL Tay Ninh and Mr. Nguyen Dang Trinh personally for successfully completing his duties while concurrently serving as Chairman of the Board of Management of PVOIL Tay Ninh. Mr. Nguyen Dang Trinh provided outstanding leadership and assistance with the company's operations.
Mr. Cao Hoai Duong emphasized that the mobilization and appointment of officials is based on job needs in the present circumstances; in the process of restructuring and consolidating the corporation's organization. This is also PVOIL's appraisal and acknowledgment of skilled and highly respected workers to improve the Corporation's and its units' overall development.
He highly appreciated Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang as an officer with extensive experience in management work at the Corporation and its member units. “We believe that Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang will promote his knowledge and experience to successfully complete all assigned tasks when leading PVOIL Tay Ninh”, he said.
Furthermore, Mr. Cao Hoài Duong recommended that PVOIL Tay Ninh concentrate on improving the efficiency of production and commercial operations, improving customer experience, growing customer service utilities, and fulfilling a broad client base, growing sales, maximizing profitability, and enhancing workers' lives.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Corporation's Board of Management for entrusting him with new duties upon assuming his new post. He desires to continue receiving support, attention, and guidance from the Corporation's Board of Management, as well as coordination and help from department and unit executives.
He vowed to work with the Board of Directors and PVOIL Tay Ninh workforce to continue fostering the spirit of cooperation and unanimity to enable PVOIL Tay Ninh to grow and complete production duties.
